This is an on-site temporary role for a Mecanico located in Cali. The Mecanico will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment. Additional tasks include troubleshooting mechanical issues, repairing heavy equipment, and ensuring that all work adheres to safety standards and guidelines. Daily activities may also include collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operations and minimal equipment downtime.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
- Experience with Maintenance & Repair of mechanical systems
- Knowledge of Heavy Equipment operations and repair
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical failures
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with good communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and a focus on safety procedures
- Previous experience in industrial or heavy machinery maintenance is preferred
- A vocational or technical certification in Mechanics or a related field is an advantage
