Bueno Law is a trailblazing queer immigration law firm focused on empowering the Latin American LGBTQ+ community, survivors of domestic violence, victims of human trafficking, and other vulnerable individuals. We provide life-changing legal services to immigrants in the United States, and we’re looking for passionate, people-first individuals to join our remote team.

Your Role as an Intake Specialist:

You would be responsible for interviewing new clients who contact the office, and gathering information to prepare their intake before they speak to an attorney about their immigration case.

Client Engagement
- Be a friendly voice or face clients interact with.
- Respond promptly to the booking agents and client transfers.
- Provide a compassionate and professional introduction to our firm.
- Guide new clients through onboarding, setting expectations and sharing next steps.

Case Screening & Qualification
- Conduct initial client interviews to gather and assess case details.
- Make sure the client meets all requirements of the consultation before transferring to the attorney.

Data Management
- Input and update client information in our case management system with precision.
- Keep our intake database organized and up-to-date.
- Handle sensitive client information with care and in accordance with firm policies.
