Social Media Coordinator

to support the day-to-day execution and maintenance of content and community engagement across various brand channels.

This is a behind-the-scenes, operational role focused on organizing, managing, and helping deliver great content for our clients. You won’t be client-facing, but you will play a vital role in maintaining efficient social workflows and ensuring consistent brand touchpoints. If you're highly organized, enjoy staying on top of social content calendars, and have a good visual eye, this could be the perfect opportunity.

We’re looking for someone who loves working through checklists, staying organized, and jumping into recurring social tasks without hesitation. You’ll do well in this role if you:
- Enjoy the structure and flow of repeatable tasks
- Have strong written English and visual awareness for high-quality content
- Are tech-comfortable and don’t get frustrated by new platforms
- Thrive in fast-paced, remote team environments

Key Responsibilities

Content Support & Organization
- Review previous client calls (via AI transcriptions) and prepare agendas and task lists
- Curate, organize, and label user-generated content (UGC)
- Write or edit social captions using AI-assisted tools
- Collaborate with Account Team members on photo drops and asset organization
- Maintain up-to-date pinned posts, bios, and highlight content

Community & Platform Maintenance
- Proactively engage with brand communities following pre-set guid
