About our client: A fast-growing connectivity solutions provider is seeking a Multifamily Sales Development Representative to expand its footprint across the Southeast. The company is transforming how multifamily communities access, deliver, and experience high-speed internet — offering modern, reliable infrastructure that property owners and residents love.

The idóneo candidate should be a motivated, people-oriented team member to support growth across the Southeast (VA → FL). This is a sales support position designed for someone eager to learn, build sales confidence, and grow into a larger role.

As the Sales Development Representative, you’ll be on the front lines—setting appointments, cold calling,



and conducting in-person outreach to introduce high-speed connectivity solutions to property managers. It’s an exciting opportunity for a motivated, people-focused professional who thrives in the field, enjoys building relationships, and wants to drive the expansion of innovative internet services across the region, all while growing their career with a leading U.S.-based company in a fully remote environment.

What You'll Do
- Appointment Setting: Make outbound calls to secure meetings for senior sales leaders with multifamily property owners, operators, and managers.
- Cold Outreach: Execute high-volume cold calls, emails, and social touches to fill the top of the sales funnel.
- CRM Discipline: Keep records of outreach, notes, and appointments updated in Dynamics 365.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership to align on event planning, pipeline goals, and follow-up.
