Job Summary

This role is a member of the Integral Organizational Effectiveness team, which is part of the HR function at Iron Mountain. The team is responsible for providing expertise and support in three areas: Strategic Workforce Planning, Organization Design and HR Data & Analytics.



The impact of the OE team is to partner with our business leaders and HRBPs to:
- ‘Future proof’ our organization by proactively identifying future demand for talent and skills, analyze talent supply (internal and external) for those skills, conduct demand/supply gap analysis, and develop plans to remediate gaps.
- Build and sustain a ‘healthy’ organization that is effective - with the right roles to enable key business capabilities and efficient - optimal spans and layers; clarity in accountabilities and minimal duplication.
- Equip business leaders with relevant, accurate and timely HR data so they can make informed people and organization decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Workforce Planning
- Own and maintain the workforce planning (WFP) process, tools, templates and governance
- Act as the super user for the WFP model, refreshing and maintaining the model and dashboard
