We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Bilingual Community Content Coordinator to manage daily content, engage with our growing community, and support the growth of our new online program. This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys social media, content creation, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Daily UGC & Job Posting Management:

Write and post multiple posts daily, including UGC-style content and job opportunities, with clear details, engaging visuals, hooks, and proper formatting with active links.

- Product Discovery & Content Creation:

Research trending products and social media trends; provide content angles, captions, and simple explanations for student promotions.

- Social Media Management:

Create posts, reels, carousels,



and stories on TikTok and Instagram; use Canva or similar tools; upload posts to Beacons or Stan.

- Community Engagement:

Approve members, answer questions, respond to comments, and keep the community active with tips, reminders, and tutorials.

- Program & Operational Support:

Assist with program growth, team initiatives, and process improvements.

Qualifications:

- Bilingual in English and Spanish

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

- Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram

- Basic visual content creation skills (Canva or similar)

- Friendly, engaging, and clear communicator

Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment
