KM2 Solutions is seeking a CRM Operations / HubSpot Administrator to support and optimize an enterprise-level HubSpot environment for a fast-growing US-based client.
This role will focus on workflows, automation, permissions management, CRM operations, and process improvement across a large customer and user environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage HubSpot configuration, workflows, automations, and permissions
- Support CRM operations and process improvements
- Partner with leadership and operational teams to identify business needs and scalable solutions
- Maintain data integrity and user management across the platform
- Support integrations between HubSpot and other systems
- Assist with ongoing platform enhancements and optimization initiatives
Requirements
- 3-5 years of HubSpot Administration or CRM Operations experience
- Experience with workflows, automation, permissions, and user management
- Experience supporting large CRM/customer environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Advanced English required
Preferred
- Experience with RevOps, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations
- Experience with HubSpot Sales Hub and Data Hub
- Experience in fast-paced operational or growth environments/ call center operations
