Adobe Audience Manager Specialist or MarTech Analyst with strong expertise in Adobe Real-Time CDP (Adobe Experience Platform) to drive audience strategy, customer segmentation, and data activation initiatives across multiple digital channels.
This role combines analytical thinking, technical knowledge, and marketing strategy to transform customer data into actionable audiences, scalable segmentation frameworks, and measurable business impact.
You will work as a strategic bridge between marketing, CRM, analytics, and technology teams, ensuring audience quality, governance, and effective activation across the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
Audience Strategy & Activation
- Build, validate, and optimize audiences using Adobe RT-CDP Segment Builder, leveraging behavioral, transactional, and predictive data
- Translate marketing and CRM objectives into scalable audience and segmentation strategies
- Activate audiences across Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and media platforms such as Meta, Google, and DV360
- Support experimentation, personalization,



and customer lifecycle initiatives through audience testing and optimization

Data Governance & Quality
- Ensure consistency across XDM schemas, identities, merge policies, and datasets
- Monitor and audit data quality to guarantee datasets are properly enabled for Real-Time Customer Profiles
- Maintain audience taxonomies, naming conventions, and documentation in tools such as Confluence
- Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy standards, including Consent Management and Data Usage Labels

Analytics & Insights
- Analyze audience performance and generate insights related to engagement, retention, conversion, and campaign effectiveness
- Apply segmentation and customer value methodologies such as RFM, CLV, churn analysis, and propensity modeling
- Collaborate with analytics and marketing teams to identify optimization opportunities and business growth initiatives
