About the role: We are seeking a Frontend Developer with strong React and Tailwind CSS experience to build dashboards, visualizations, and workflow applications for a US-based healthcare services company.

Required Skills & Experience:
2+ years of professional experience with React or Vue
Strong JavaScript knowledge (ES2020+)
Production experience with Tailwind CSS
Experience working with component libraries such as:
> shadcn/ui
> Radix UI
> Ant Design
> Vuetify
> Similar frameworks
Solid HTML and CSS fundamentals
Responsive layouts and form development
Experience creating wireframes or mockups before development using tools such as:
> Figma
> Excalidraw
> Similar tools
Experience working independently from design concept to implementation
Familiarity with HIPAA-aware development practices, including:




> Authentication and authorization flows
> Avoiding PHI exposure in logs and URLs
> Secure handling of client-side data
Git proficiency
Pull request (PR) and code review workflows

Nice-to-have Skills:
Direct experience with shadcn/ui or Radix UI
Vite
Data visualization libraries such as:
> Recharts
> Visx
> D3
> ECharts
> Similar tools
Testing frameworks such as:
> Vitest
> Playwright
