About the Role

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and execution-focused Ecommerce Product Operations Specialist to work directly with our Product Manager in maintaining, organizing, and ensuring the integrity of our product data across all systems.

This is a critical operational role that supports the full product lifecycle — from SKU creation and product setup to compliance tracking, pricing accuracy, and retail readiness. and consistent.

This role requires someone who can operate at a granular level while understanding the broader impact of product data on business operations, retail execution, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Product Data Management & ERP Maintenance

Accurately enter, update, and maintain product data within ERP and related systems
Assist with SKU creation, naming conventions, and product database structure
Create and maintain detailed product specification sheets
Ensure product data consistency across internal and external platforms
Support new product setup and lifecycle updates

Data Integrity, Auditing & Quality Control

Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies across systems
Perform routine audits to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and alignment
Maintain a single source of truth for product information
Monitor and validate pricing accuracy across a
