We are looking for an Information Security Analyst to support and strengthen the organization’s Information Security Management System (ISMS), ensuring the protection of critical information assets and compliance with security standards such as ISO 27001. This role will be responsible for identifying and assessing security risks, supporting incident management activities, maintaining security documentation, and collaborating cross-functionally to promote a strong security culture across the organization. The idóneo candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about information security, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) aligned with ISO 27001 standards.
- Identify, assess, and monitor information security and cybersecurity risks, vulnerabilities, and threats.
- Assist in the coordination and follow-up of security incidents, including documentation, investigation support, and mitigation actions.
- Develop, maintain, and update security policies, procedures, protocols, reports, and related ISMS documentation.
- Monitor and analyze ISMS metrics and performance indicators to support decision-making and compliance initiatives.
- Support internal and external audits, including responding to client security questionnaires and evidence requests.




- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with information security policies, legal requirements, and data protection regulations.
- Participate in risk assessments, control evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives related to information security practices.
- Support awareness initiatives to strengthen the organization’s security culture.

Qualifications

- Technologist, final-year student, or professional in Engineering, Systems, Technology, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
- Around 1 year of experience in information security, ISMS management, security audits, risk management, or related areas.
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 frameworks and Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts, network security principles, and information security controls.
- Experience supporting security documentation, incident management processes, and compliance activities.
- Familiarity with information security regulations and personal data protection requirements.
- Basic understanding of cloud environments and IT infrastructure.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Intermediate to advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
- ISO 27001 certifications or related security certifications are considered a plus.
