Team Overview

The Central Operations team is a cross‑functional team tasked with optimizing the marketplace through two levers, pricing and resource allocation, while defining and guiding the business strategy across SSL. Strategy is a team within the Central Operations area, our scope and responsibility includes: 1) supporting leadership in defining regional business strategies, 2) making data-driven resource allocation decisions to maximize growth and efficiency, and 3) developing frameworks and communication mechanisms for performance management.

As Central Ops Strategy Analyst, you will be responsible for developing analytical dashboards and applying scientific methodologies to support data-driven decision-making. Your role will focus on creating tools and processes that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the team’s data-driven approach.

Role Responsibilities

- Lead data analysis efforts on diagnosing key topics and make recommendations regarding investment decisions




- Support core areas of the business such as operations to attain market balance and efficient resource allocation
- Support performance management across local market by building business models, tracking results, generating insights about opportunities for improvement, and preparing managerial reports for Senior Leaders
- Collaborate with several areas like operations, growth, marketing, finance, and product

Role Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, business, data science, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business intelligence, financial planning & analysis, consultancy, investment banking, and other related fields.
- Skills: Proficiency in Excel and SQL; strong communication and stakeholder management; analytical problem-solving with strategic thinking; working in cross-functional projects across countries
- Work style: Ability to learn and able to deliver results with high expectations on timeliness and quality; ability to break down complex problems into smaller and simpler ones, and capable of explaining and communicating them clearly; great attention to detail and proactivity
- Languages: Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Based in Bogota.
