Data Labeling Specialist (AI Training)

This is a fully remote, adaptable contract role open to anyone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable following structured guidelines. No prior AI or data experience required.

- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

- Categorize and label data — including text, images, and audio — using predefined tag sets and clear project guidelines
- Annotate datasets with accuracy and consistency to ensure high-quality AI training output




- Follow structured annotation frameworks and quality standards
- Participate in calibration exercises to stay aligned with project goals
- Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule

Who You Are

- Highly detail-oriented with a methodical, consistent approach to repetitive tasks
- Comfortable following structured instructions precisely and systematically
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- Familiar with basic web-based tools and platforms
- A stable internet connection is all the tech you need
- No prior labeling, AI, or tech experience required

Nice to Have

- Experience in data entry, quality assurance, or content moderation
- Familiarity with AI tools or annotation platforms as an end user
- Background in research, editing, or any field requiring precision and accuracy
