We are looking for a strategic, creative, and highly execution-oriented professional to join our team as an Integrated Marketing Manager. Key Responsibilities

- Act as the central marketing hub, leading overall marketing initiatives, coordinating ATL and BTL teams, and ensuring strategic alignment and efficient campaign execution.
- Manage the full lifecycle of marketing projects, including timelines, execution progress, and deliverables.
- Develop marketing campaign proposals, including strategy, key messaging, and execution planning.
- Support integrated marketing planning and execution for store openings, brand activations, and marketing initiatives.
- Oversee online advertising, including strategy development, execution tracking, and performance optimization.
- Manage external vendors and partners, including agencies, production teams, and media resources.
- Support budget tracking and payment processes for offline activities and vendors.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and optimization recommendations.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines while adapting to local market needs.

Requirements

- Fluent in English,



with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional working environment.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in integrated marketing or campaign management.
- Proven team management experience, with the ability to lead and drive execution.
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of both digital marketing (social media, paid media, content) and offline marketing (events, activations).
- Basic design skills with a strong sense of visual aesthetics (graphic and video), able to evaluate and guide creative output.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and optimize marketing performance.
- Highly responsible, execution-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
