In this role, you will transform conversations into opportunities by offering promotional vacation packages that include a timeshare tour.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls with prospects, applying strong communication and sales skills to close deals. Success in this role requires professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while living our values: Integrity, Passion, and Work Ethic.

- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls promptly during scheduled shifts.
- Engage prospects courteously and professionally, following approved scripts.
- Apply qualification criteria accurately and explain financial implications when necessary.
- Maintain strong knowledge of destinations, resorts, and promotional packages.
- Complete vacation bookings quickly and accurately,



ensuring verification and resolving issues immediately.
- Consistently meet or exceed production and conversion goals.
- Adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- 1 year of sales experience (telemarketing or inside sales preferred).
- English proficiency B2+ to C1 (proof required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convert inquiries into bookings.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, write simple correspondence, and present information effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to draw valid conclusions.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
