Specifically,theAI Specialistwill:
- Understand clients’ AI needs, challenges, and priorities; propose tailored solutions based on Microsoft technologies.
- Design and deliver presentations, assessments/workshops, and technical demos showcasing ALIANDO’s services and Microsoft’s AI portfolio.
- Perform co-selling with Microsoft specialists to identify and close new opportunities across industries.
- Build relationships with CIOs, CDOs, and CTOs to strengthen the opportunity pipeline.
- Prepare and adapt technical and commercial proposals aligned with client requirements.
- Defend proposals before technical and business stakeholders, handling objections and positioning ALIANDO’s strengths.

Technical Execution (50%)
- Implement AI solutions using Microsoft technologies, including Azure OpenAI, Copilot, and Foundry.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.




- Monitor projects, manage issues, and adapt solutions as needed.
- Stay updated on AI and data trends and their business applications.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI presales and project delivery.
- Strong experience with Microsoft AI solutions (Azure OpenAI, Copilot, Foundry).
- Proven track record in selling and positioning AI services internationally.
- Experience designing demos and technical workshops.
- Strong proposal writing and presentation skills; ability to communicate value to different stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).

Nice to have
- Knowledge of competing technologies (AWS, Snowflake, GCP).
- AI/Data certifications.
