The Role
The Project Manager partners with the Client Delivery Team to execute and deliver successful client engagements. This role is responsible for ensuring projects stay within scope and on track. Reporting to the VP of Strategy and Analytics, this person collaborates closely with internal teams and clients to maintain momentum, accountability, and execution quality. The role spans both pre‑ and post‑engagement phases,
including capacity planning and implementation coordination. This is a remote role, with occasional in‑person staff meetings in San Diego.
Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end project management across multiple client engagements, including building detailed project plans, defining milestones and dependencies, and driving execution across parallel workstreams.
- Enforce scope boundaries, proactively identifying scope creep, facilitating client discussions, and ensuring alignment with contracted deliverables.
- Build strong client relationships by becoming a trusted partner and adapting to their working style.
- Track project health, risks, and success metrics, proactively resolving blockers and maintaining consistent reporting.
- Drive accountability across internal teams and clients, keeping distributed contributors aligned with minimal escalation.
