This is a Jr position within a BPO/Shared Services environment. The role focuses on end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) management (We will train the collaborator), specifically supporting operations that require Mandarin language proficiency. A significant part of the role involves supporting the migration of business processes to centralized service centers and identifying automation opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Management: High-volume processing and coding of invoices, travel & expense reports, and payment batches (Wire, ACH, Check).
- Vendor Relations: Serving as the primary point of contact for complex vendor inquiries and dispute resolution.
- Reporting & Reconciliation: Performing vendor statement reconciliations and supporting month-end/year-end closing tasks,



including accrual preparation.
- Strategic Migration: Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) during BPO transitions, analyzing "as-is" processes to help design optimized "to-be" workflows.
- Mentorship: Providing guidance, training, and quality reviews for junior AP staff.
- Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to internal controls, GAAP, and regulatory requirements, as well as supporting internal and external audits.

Candidate Profile
- Languages: Bilingual proficiency in b Mandarin and English (B2+ level or above).
