We are looking for a highly organized and performance-driven Training Team Leader / Senior Sales Trainer to lead and standardize training operations for sales teams in Bogotá.This role will oversee trainer performance, curriculum alignment, onboarding success, and collaboration between Training, Operations, and Talent Acquisition teams.The ideal candidate has strong experience leading training teams in fast-paced sales or call center environments, excellent coaching skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence through data, structure, and collaboration.Location: Bogotá, ColombiaType: Full-time, 100% On-site.About the roleAs the Training Team Leader, you will serve as the primary point of coordination between Training, Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Nesting teams.You will ensure training consistency, process compliance, trainer development, and successful transition of trainees into production.You will also play a key role in improving retention, standardizing curriculum delivery, analyzing performance metrics, and developing a high-performing training culture.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead, coach, and mentor Trainers and Training Specialists.Conduct regular trainer shadowing and feedback sessions.Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the training team.Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Curriculum & Process StandardizationEnsure all training content aligns with global standards.Audit training materials and eliminate non-compliant practices.Maintain consistency across all trainer-led sessions.Operational Excellence & ComplianceMonitor adherence to training processes and reporting standards.Ensure accuracy in training documentation, tracking, and reporting.Coordinate closely with Operations, Recruitment, and Nesting teams.Performance & Attrition AnalysisAnalyze training and post-training attrition trends.Identify gaps affecting nesting and sales performance.Recommend action plans to improve trainee success rates.Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with Operations leadership on trainee evaluations and feedback.Coordinate weekly alignment meetings with TA, Ops, and Training.Deliver weekly reports and performance insights to leadership.RequirementsRequired QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Sales Enablement.At least 1 year leading or mentoring training teams.Experience in sales, outbound, or call center environments.Strong understanding of adult learning methodologies.Experience managing KPIs, reports, trackers, and training documentation.Advanced English and Spanish communication skills.Strong coaching, leadership, and organizational skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with general or multicultural teams.Experience with CRM, LMS, or sales enablement tools.Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.What We're Looking ForLeadership and influence.High accountability and ownership.Attention to detail.Strong communication skills.Adaptability in fast-paced environments.Collaborative mindset.Work ConditionsMust be based in Bogotá or willing to relocate.100% on-site position.Full-time availability required.#J-*****-Ljbffr
