Synera Health Group is seeking a highly energetic, bilingual, sales-driven, and tech-savvy professional to serve as the voice and external-facing representative of our organization.
This individual will play a critical role in supporting provider growth, strengthening relationships, increasing market visibility, and driving engagement with healthcare professionals through outbound campaigns, cold calling, email marketing, text outreach, social media management, and telephonic support.
The ideal candidate must have strong healthcare communication skills, excellent sales ability, confidence on the phone, and the ability to professionally represent Synera Health Group in all interactions with providers, health plans, vendors, and strategic partners.
This is not a passive customer service role — this is a high-energy growth and relationship management position designed for someone who is comfortable generating opportunities, following up persistently, and helping expand Synera’s footprint throughout the healthcare market.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound sales
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to physician offices, healthcare providers, clinics, and healthcare organizations
- Execute outbound text campaigns, email blasts, and provider engagement initiatives
- Follow up on leads provided by Synera leadership and maintain consistent communication
- Generate interest in Synera Health Group’s services and partnership opportunities
- Schedule provider meetings, onboarding calls, and executive discussions
- Maintain detailed tracking of leads, conversations, and sales activity within CRM systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with provider offices and healthcare professionals
- Assist with provider recruitment and network expansion initiatives
Administrative Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound provider and patient communications
- Answer and route calls professionally and efficiently
- Support affiliated providers with operational and administrative inquiries
- Manage shared inboxes, calendars, and communication workflows
- Coordinate meetings, trainings, and follow-up communications
- Maintain organized documentation and communication logs
- Assist executive leadership with external communications and administrative coordination
Social Media & Brand Visibility
- Manage and maintain Synera Health Group’s social media accounts and online presence
- Create and post healthcare-related content, provider highlights, announcements, and marketing campaigns
- Help keep Synera visible and active within the healthcare market
- Monitor engagement and assist with growth strategies across digital platforms
- Utilize CRM systems, cloud-based software, and communication platforms efficiently
- Manage provider databases, lead lists, and outreach tracking systems
- Assist with digital workflows and operational organization
- Quickly adapt to new systems, tools, and healthcare platforms
Qualifications
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong sales and outbound calling experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare customer service, sales, call center operations, provider relations, or business development
- Excellent phone presence and communication skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and conducting outreach campaigns daily
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Tech-savvy and proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and meet outreach and engagement goals
- Professional demeanor and strong relationship-building skills
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
