Our Bogota office is seeking a Structural Engineer to support our buildings and infrastructure projects. The hired candidate will join a multidisciplinary team of engineers. This job posting represents an active vacancy within our organization and is open for immediate recruitment.
The Opportunity
- Join a collaborative design team contributing to the engineering design and optimization of complex structural systems in alignment with building codes and standards.
- Prepare and review drawings, models, and calculations that define and refine structural solutions.
- Develop clear, well-structured technical reports and documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with engineers and professionals across multiple disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Support project and team administration tasks to maintain smooth project execution.
- Participate in client meetings to understand project goals, present design concepts, and address technical challenges.
- Work on defined project tasks under the guidance and mentorship of a Senior Engineer.
Is this role right for you?
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with a sound knowledge of structural engineering fundamentals.
- 4+ years of experience in structural design and review of structures (buildings and infrastructure).
Preferred
- Professional Engineering License.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English).
- Experience working within a BIM environment using Revit and knowledge of parametric design.
- Intermediate-level use of structural design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, RAM Concept, IDEA StatiCa, etc.

Hiring Range – The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in Bogota is 4.5 – 5.5M COP per month. This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level. Benefits are not included in the base salary. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of Bogota will differ.
