The salary during training and OCP is 2,397,600COP.

The salary in ops is 2,664,750COP plus unlimited commissions based on sales.

What You’ll Do

- Use negotiation skills to sell the product

Operations Schedules (42 hours weekly)

Full availability for training and operations schedules.

Qualifications

- 6 months or more of verifiable experience in sales or collections in a call center
- High school diploma
