We are looking for a proactive and results-driven End-to-End Recruiter to join our team in Bogotá. This role is idóneo for a recruitment professional with strong experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes across diverse role types, particularly within the BPO industry.

Work Model: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (end-to-end), from job intake and sourcing to offer management and onboarding.
- Recruit a wide range of profiles, including BPO roles, management, staff, and administrative positions.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Actively manage and optimize job board postings to ensure strong candidate pipelines.
- Work with and maintain candidate data within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate and support onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver timely recruitment solutions.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the process.





Requirements:

- Professional-level English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Proven experience recruiting BPO positions, as well as management, staff, and administrative roles.
- Solid knowledge of job board management and sourcing tools.
- Hands‑on experience using ATS platforms.
- Good understanding of onboarding processes and recruitment best practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
