Job Description

What you can expect
- Full management of import processes: case opening, document analysis, and verification of legal requirements
- Coordination of inspections, preparation of customs declarations, and monitoring of expiration deadlines
- Management of advance payments and coordination with the treasury department




- Continuous tracking of each operation within the system and ongoing communication with clients
- Coordination of operational staff when applicable
- Support in data entry of customs declarations and uploading technical documentation/plans

What you bring
- Technologist or Professional degree in International Trade, Foreign Trade, or related fields
- 1–2 years of experience in import customs processes
- Intermediate knowledge of customs regulations
- Experience managing customs platforms and electronic filing systems
- Experience in customs agency (Mandatory and exclusive requirement)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Location: Américas Office (near RCN), Bogotá, Colombia
- Employment Type: Full-time – Indefinite Term Contract
- Work Modality: On-site for the first 2 months; afterward hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
