The Role

The Recruitment Engagement Specialist is a strategic partner to Recruitment and Marketing, driving initiatives that enhance talent acquisition through digital marketing, community engagement, candidate lead generation, employer branding, and candidate experience.

This role builds and maintains a strong talent pipeline,



supports recruiters with tools and content, and executes external engagement programs that improve hiring outcomes, workforce stability, and brand visibility. By bridging marketing, recruitment, and community engagement, this position ensures talent strategies align with workforce needs and service delivery goals—ultimately driving sustainable hiring success.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proven experience in Recruitment; Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) for content creation; Proficiency in social media analytics, Google Analytics, and reporting tools (Plus); Strong understanding of SEO principles and online engagement strategies (Plus).
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent acquisition support, in Colomb
