We’re looking for two hungry SDRs in Medellín to help support our U.S. Account Executive team.

Role Overview
This role is for someone that understands the future is changing FAST… and wants to be part of that movement instead of watching from the sidelines. You’ll work directly with our U.S.-based leadership and sales organization. This is a chance to level up QUICK. Because we’re early in something big. Enterprise workforce transformation. We move fast. We support each other.

Qualifications
- Speak both English and Spanish fluently
- Know how to build relationships
- Be creative with outreach
- Use GenAI tools daily
- Understand hustle + professionalism
- Bring energy to the team
- Ask for help and offer help
- Want growth, not excuses
- Marketing experience (big plus)
- Technology services or staffing experience (even better)

Location & Hours
Must be based in or near Medellín. Must be comfortable supporting U.S. business hours.
