We are hiring a highly organized, proactive Bookkeeper to support day‑to‑day accounting operations for U.S. clients in the trades industry (plumbing & HVAC) and select PR/marketing accounts.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys ownership, clean books, structured workflows, and working with modern accounting + field‑service systems.

You’ll work directly with U.S. leadership, gain exposure to end‑to‑end bookkeeping processes, and have a clear growth path toward Staff Accountant and beyond.

Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time:
- 100% Remote (hybrid optional during ramp‑up if preferred)

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain clean, accurate, and up‑to‑date books in QuickBooks.
- Organize all working files via Microsoft Teams using a clear month‑to‑month structure.
- Coordinate data syncs with ServiceTitan (or similar field‑service platforms); ensure proper coding of all transactions.
- Proactively request missing documents (e.g., bank statements) and follow up with clients.
- Support tax preparation by delivering reconciled books and supporting schedules.




- Execute routine bookkeeping:A/P, A/R, expense categorization, reconciliations, month‑end tasks.
- Communicate clearly with owners and managers; take ownership with mínimal micromanagement.

Requirements (Must‑Have Skills)
- 2-3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience.
- Strong QuickBooks experience (non‑negotiable).
- Solid Excel skills; ease working with cloud‑based file systems.
- Excellent written and verbal English; strong communication and follow‑through.
- High attention to detail, organization, and initiative.

Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have
- Experience with ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, or any field‑service management software.
- Experience supporting U.S. clients, especially trades/contractor businesses.
- Familiarity with HubSpot.
- Spanish bilingual (plus, but not required).
