What You'll Do
- Design and maintain internal developer portals to centralize access to tools, resources, and services.
- Develop and optimize CLI tools and automation to streamline repetitive development tasks and workflows.
- Create and manage comprehensive documentation and onboarding flows to reduce time-to-productivity for new engineers.
- Identify and eliminate friction points in the development journey through consistent feedback loops with engineering teams.
- Implement and advocate for "golden paths" that standardize best practices across the organization.

What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Developer Experience, Platform Engineering, or Software Engineering.
- Proven expertise in building and maintaining internal developer platforms and portals.
- Hands‑on experience developing CLI tools and automating developer onboarding flows.




- Strong background in creating high‑quality technical documentation and improving DX.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language for tooling development.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
