Senior People and Culture Advisor (Latin America & Caribbean Region)

Permanent, Full Time, Hybrid Working (minimum of 2 days per week in the office)

About the role

Reporting in to the Head of People and Culture (UK based), the Senior People and Culture Advisor will make a meaningful impact on others across all the stages of the employee lifecycle, fostering a positive work environment, enhancing employee engagement, and driving overall organisational success.

The post holder will provide strategic and operational HR support to Multi-Country Clusters for the MCC LAC (Haiti, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador and Colombia) on high impact initiatives building relationships based on trust and openness and drive meaningful change.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of People & Culture in embedding a culture of continuous learning within the MCCs, ensuring staff promoting the exchange of ideas and knowledge to meet organisational values and goals.
- Manage end‑to‑end HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including needs identification,



development of TDR, launching recruitment and hiring processes, onboarding, exit processes, compensations and benefits, internet HR operations, performance management and employee development.
- Adapt integral organisational processes and formats to the regional context, and act as a liaison between MCC and the headquarters to address strategic decisions, cases, situations, organisational changes and staff‑related matters.
- Proactively identify opportunities with MCC leadership in resourcing the right capabilities, and talent to achieve organisation goals.
- Embed HR policies through giving clear and consistent advice and technical information to managers in the promotion of people‑management practices across the organisation and in compliance with the local context.
