Job Title: AR & Finance Operations Associate
About the Role
Refund Stacker is a fast-growing Walmart recovery platform helping 3P sellers reclaim lost revenue through returns, lost inbound shipments, and WFS fee disputes. We're looking for a detail-oriented finance professional to own accounts receivable and collections across Refund Stacker and its parent company. This is a relationship-focused role — you'll be the financial point of contact for 200+ client accounts, responsible for keeping cash flow healthy while maintaining strong client relationships.
What You'll Own
Accounts Receivable & Collections (Primary — ~90%)
- Manage the full AR lifecycle for two companies — aging analysis, outreach cadence, payment reconciliation, and escalation
- Reconcile payments across multiple channels including Stripe, ACH/wire, PayPal, and international payment platforms (Wise, Payoneer)
- Match unidentified bank deposits to client accounts daily
- Enable and maintain auto-charge settings; manage payment method failures proactively
- Propose and manage payment plans for large or delinquent balances
- Produce weekly AR aging reports for leadership
Accounts Payable Support (Minimal)
- Track AP obligations across both entities
Bookkeeping & Financial Operations
- Maintain QuickBooks for both entities — bank reconciliation, transaction coding, payment recording
- Perform monthly close procedures across both companies
- Produce monthly cash flow and AR summary reports for leadership
- Reconcile historical payment data from legacy systems into current books
- Track partner/referral commissions owed
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years in AR, collections, or accounting roles
- Experience managing collections across a large customer base (100+ accounts)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks; experience with Stripe a strong plus
- Comfortable with multi-entity, multi-currency, multi-payment-rail environments
- Self-starter who can build and own a process without being managed to it
