Reports To:Founder (North American entrepreneur, confidential)

Employment:Full-time Contract

Compensation:COP $7.5M-$12M/month base (~$2,000 USD) + performance bonuses

About the Company

A North American entrepreneur who runs successful real estate and consumer businesses in Canada and the United States is launching a premium international matchmaking agency. The company will connect accomplished North American men with exceptional, marriage-minded Colombian women through a personalized, high-touch process — no group tours, no catalog browsing, no mass events. Only curated, one-on-one introductions.





The founder is building this company because he has personal experience navigating the international dating landscape and sees a significant gap between what exists and what discerning clients actually need. The operation will span Colombia (Medellín and Bogotá initially), with future expansion planned into additional Latin American and domestic North American markets.

This is a ground-floor opportunity. You are not joining a large organization. You are helping build one.

About the Role

You are part recruiter, part relationship advisor, part cultural translator, and part brand ambassador. The quality of every introduction reflects directly on you and the company you are helping build.
