Responsibilities

As our primary Outbound Specialist, you will be the "tip of the spear." You’ll be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls, qualifying leads, and setting appointments. Because we are a new company, your feedback will directly shape our scripts, our strategy, and our culture.

What We Are Looking For
- _Elite English Communication_: You must have near-native, fluent English skills. A clear, neutral accent is required for this role as you will be speaking primarily with US-based business owners and homeowners.
