Role
Drive revenue‑generating initiatives and manage the revenue forecast and budget for the LAC region. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead revenue financial planning and forecasting from country, product and customer perspectives.
- Provide financial insights to leadership and support strategy execution.
- Oversee month‑end financial close (revenue recognition, expense) with Controllers and Shared Service teams.
- Maintain business models to analyze performance and opportunities.




- Partner with businesses on strategic growth plans and business case modelling.
- Implement continuous process improvement and support a strong control environment.

All About You
BS or BA in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or Business Administration (MBA preferred). Previous finance experience in FP&A; required, fast‑paced, highly analytical, business acumen, and thought leadership.
Qualifications
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint) and expertise in data compilation, aggregation and modeling. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across levels.
