Title: Manager - Finance RTR

Location: GSC BOG

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Country Manager on review and analysis of Balance Sheet Accounting Reconciliations and escalation for corrections
- Preparation of financial statements for Statutory audit
- Analysis of bank reconciliation and escalation of pending issues to solve
- Analysis of accounts for payroll accounting
- Analysis and IFRS16 map as distribution of information related to the tax team and follow up to the Adm team in capturing information.
- Review and detailed analysis of the Fixed Asset map and depreciation by department branch
- Preparation of S21 files for upload to Local Tax system
- Support in the Crest interface between Country and GSC for closure

Skills / Requirements:




- Bachelor’s degree in public accountant.
- Min 1 Years of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills & business skills in English (B2-C1) and SpanishCustomer service and communication skills.
- Teamwork and autonomy
- Employees who have been in the organization for 12 months or in their current role
- Employees that are not in transition projects

Relevant information:
- Annual performance bonus.
- Type of Contract: Indefinite - Directly with DHL Colombia.
