Remote Architectural Drafter / Revit Specialist (Work from Home | US-Based Firm)

Are you an Architect, Drafter, or Engineer looking to transition into an international career? What You'll Do:
- Create detailed architectural drawings and floor plans using Revit
- Conduct zoning and energy analysis based on project requirements
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams on large building projects
- Ensure compliance with US-based design standards and technical documentation




- Work closely with internal departments to coordinate project timelines and deliverables

What We're Looking For:
Must-Have Technical Skills:
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a drafter or similar role in an architectural or infrastructure design firm
- 2+ years of hands-on experience using Revit
- Strong portfolio showcasing floor plans, zoning analysis, and energy analysis
- Exposure to large-scale buildings or infrastructure projects

Key Soft Skills:
- Proactive and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Quick learner and calm under pressure
- Strong discipline in managing time and deliverables in a remote setup
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments

Role Type:
- Full-time, Independent Contractor (Work from Home)
- Work Hours: Aligned with US business hours (New York time zone)
- Reports directly to US-based managers and project leads
