Role Description

This is a full-time on-site System Administrator role located in Bogotá, D.C. The System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the optimal performance of IT systems, overseeing network infrastructure, and performing regular system updates. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, managing user accounts, providing technical support to staff, monitoring system performance, and implementing security protocols to safeguard organizational data. Collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth IT operations is also a key part of this role.

Qualifications
- System Administration and Network Administration expertise to ensure reliable and efficient operation of IT systems.




- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing effective Technical Support to resolve challenges promptly.
- Solid knowledge of Information Technology practices, including software updates, system backups, and security protocols.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with server configurations, virtualization technologies, and cybersecurity is an advantage.
