What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Postgraduate studies (MBA, or specialization in sales, leadership, or digital transformation), an asset.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years leading sales teams in remote or digital channels (Inside Sales).
- Proven experience managing existing client portfolios, including retention, expansion, and loyalty strategies.
- Ability to design and implement remote sales strategies, with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and sustainable growth.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience developing high-performing teams in virtual or hybrid environments.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and digital sales platforms (Salesforce will be consider a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, in both Spanish and English.
- Knowledge of the B2B mark
