Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Bookkeeper with experience in the U.S. accounting environment. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and managing daily bookkeeping activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and payroll processing.



The role also involves working with various accounting software, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and collaborating with clients to support their business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily categorization and data entry for 60+ clients.
- Conduct mandatory monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Generate monthly Trial Balance, P&L;, and Balance Sheet reports.
- Handle sales tax calculations and filings for FL and NY.
- Process payroll and related tax filings via Accounting CS.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience with US-based clients.
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Excel.
- Previous experience using Accounting CS software.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume monthly closing cycles.
