hands-on, full-cycle role
with a strong focus on
outbound sourcing, candidate engagement, and closing

You will be expected to operate like an owner — managing pipelines end-to-end, pushing momentum,



and consistently delivering hiring outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

Sourcing & Talent Mapping
- Headhunt and qualify passive candidates using advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn, and multi-channel sourcing
- Build structured talent maps across companies, roles, and adjacent talent pools
- Generate high-quality Sourced Qualified Leads aligned with role criteria

Outreach & Candidate Engagement
- Execute
highly personalized, high-conversion outreach
- Build rapport quickly and maintain candidate momentum through the funnel
- Manage follow-ups, scheduling, and communication across time zones (primarily Canada-based roles)

Candidate Assessment
- Conduct structured, recorded interviews aligned to hiring briefs and success criteria
- Evaluate candidates objectively and document insights clearly
- Progress top candidates into later stages with precision
