? Now Hiring: Customer Success Manager (Remote | Latin America)
A confidential U.S.-based company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support existing customers, renewals, and long-term account growth.
? Remote – Latin America only
? Must overlap with U.S. business hours (EST–PST)
? Full-time long-term role
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships
• Support onboarding, renewals, and SaaS adoption
• Lead customer check-ins and business reviews
• Identify expansion and upsell opportunities
• Maintain CRM records and renewal quotes in Salesforce
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Requirements:
• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Renewals, or similar client-facing roles
• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
• SaaS, software, or subscription-based experience
• Experience with recurring revenue or renewals
• Customer escalation/conflict resolution experience
