Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Key Account Manager role based in Bogotá, D.C. The Key Account Manager will focus on managing and growing relationships with key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term business success. Responsibilities include developing business plans, analyzing market trends, providing exceptional customer service,



and executing strategies to meet client needs. The role requires a proactive approach in identifying opportunities for growth and maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Account Management and managing Key Accounts
- Experience in Business Planning and executing strategies to achieve organizational goals
- Excellent Customer Service capabilities to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proven Analytical Skills to assess market trends and business opportunities
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- Prior experience in the agricultural trading industry is considered an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Agribusiness, or a related field
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required
