We are looking for a talented SERVICE SUPERVISOR to join our team in BARRANQUILLA - COLOMBIA.
We are looking for a talented SERVICE COORDINATOR to join our team in CARTAGENA - COLOMBIA.
In this role, you will have an impact in the following ways:
- Manages service logistics, including the use of materials, equipment and employees, ensuring safe, quality and efficient operations.
- Supervises Service Technicians; coordinates and schedules Technician work schedules; communicates repair plans to Technicians in line with customer budgets; monitors Technician productivity and quality of repairs.
- Provides first level support to Service Technicians requiring assistance; escalates technical support needs for resolution when necessary.
- Monitors objectives, branch goals and maintains Profitability; measures, reviews and maintains superior levels of customer satisfaction.
- Resolves customer concerns related to Cummins or distributor warranties; develops strong relationships with key customers through frequent and professional communication.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you will need the following:
- University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or Industrial).
- Technical knowledge
- Experience in HSEQ management
- Experience in actions to sustain a profitable service operation
