Work closely with both the client and internal recruitment teams to ensure that technical evaluations align with the job requirements and organizational goals.

Qualifications:
- Technical Background:
Proven experience in software development, engineering, or a related technical field (5+ years preferred).
- Communication Skills:
Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Evaluation Expertise:
- Interview Experience:




Comfortable participating in and leading technical interviews, with a solid understanding of industry-standard tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Client-Facing Experience:
Ability to work directly with clients, providing clear and concise feedback and recommendations.
- Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:
- Team Player:
Collaborative approach, working effectively with recruitment teams and client stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with various programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
- Familiarity with industry-standard technical assessments or coding challenges.
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus.
