A Day in the Life
- Execute daily backorder management and par level variance reports, ship, and release product as appropriate.
- Updates and publishes reporting based on needs of the organization.
- Driver in daily shared work including running Winshuttles, reports, lot traces, completes add loss requests,



updating TPS errors and alerts and general order management requests through a shared inbox.
- Develop credibility, trust, and respect from internal and external customers and is viewed as a key resource for PSO order fulfillment expertise to accomplish inventory management goals and objectives.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline work across multiple divisions.
- Analize and execute moves of expired inventory in the field to reduce obsolesces.
- Participate in standardization and increased efficiencies and automation.
- Support multiple Operating Units.

Must Haves
- 1 or more years’ experience in customer service, supply chain, logistics or back-office experience
- Fluent in English level
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge with Microsoft Office
- Team player.
- Great negotiation skills
- Customer service skills

Nice to Haves
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook,Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge in SAP
