Qualifications:
- C1 in English.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Full time availability.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, attention to detail, experienced problem solver, strong listening, ability to multi-task, and manage time effectively.
About the job:
- 100% on-site vacancy in Itagüi
- Indefinite term contract
- Monday to Sunday / 2 days off / 45 hours
- Rotative schedule
- 2 weeks of training + 1 week of nesting
- Basic salary $2.700.000 + commission $400.000 COP + hiring bonuses (400.000 COP 1st, 2nd and 3rd months of production) + tenure bonuses (from first 6 months to first 3 years) + Health insurance (After trial period) + Laika membership (After trial period) + Netflix/ Spotify (Upon availability)
