What We’re Looking For:
- Support daily billing departments operation, ensuring timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Collaborate with internal commercial team to verify client billing requirements and resolve billing-related queries.
- Maintain professional and effective communication with internal commercial team as well as clients regarding invoicing matters.
- Follow up on all customer invoice rejections and questions (PO, amount, address, etc.) and provide timely solution as needful.




- Maintain company global wide supplier portals ensuring company, customer and vendor information are updated regularly and accurately. Continuously evaluate and streamline invoicing processes to enhance efficiency.
- Ability to understand and implement client billing guidelines
