Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage student enrollments in our schools located in the United States, Canada, Europe, and other destinations.- Support the B2B Sales Team in Brazil in meeting its sales goals.- Build and maintain strong relationships with international partner agencies.- Provide prompt and effective assistance regarding visas, payments, and student arrivals.- Ensure efficient, proactive, and friendly customer service to both agencies and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.- Excellent communication and organizational skills.- Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.- Fluent in English.- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or similar roles.
