About the role:
Your role and responsibilities:
- Review and moderate items and user profiles quickly and with high quality.
- Verify and ensure the quality of the items, content and profiles of the clients' websites in accordance with their nature.
- Participate in regular training sessions to learn and maintain expert knowledge of publishing rules, trends, and best moderation practices.
- Collaborate with your team members.
- Provide feedback to managers on trends and common end-user mistakes — you are our eyes and ears and know the users best
- Share insights on how to improve publishing rules to enhance user experiences

To succeed in this role, you must:
Live in Bogotá, Colombia.




Full time availability.
English and German Level B2- C1.
Be adaptable and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.
Be aware and reliable: commitment is one of our core values
Have high attention to detail.
Care about people: you will work to ensure the online security of our customers and their users
Ideally interested in markets, shared economy and new technologies.
Previous experience in content moderation, customer service and/or online business is an advantage.
