About This Role: We are hiring an InventoryControl Associate to support a fast-growing consumer brand byowning inventory accuracy and operational data integrity insideNetSuite. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, ensuringinventory transactions, system records, and 3PL data remain alignedto protect financial accuracy and operational efficiency as thebusiness scales. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily inventorytransactions in NetSuite, including receipts, adjustments, andtransfer orders Ensure inbound inventory is accurately received andmatched against purchase orders Reconcile NetSuite inventorybalances with 3PL and warehouse reports every week Investigatediscrepancies, document root causes,



and coordinate resolution withOperations and Finance Maintain and update item records, includingSKU attributes, costing, and location settings Support themonth-end close by validating inventory balances and COGS impactMonitor Celigo or other integration logs and flag sync errorsproactively Build and maintain saved searches and simple dashboardsto track inventory health Maintain clean, structured, andaudit-ready inventory data as transaction volume grows Documentworkflows and continuously improve reconciliation and inventorycontrol processes Software/Platforms/Tools: NetSuite Shopify Celigo3PL systems Google Sheets and Excel Google Docs Project managementand collaboration tools Qualifications: 3–5 years of freelancingexperience. Excellent English communication skills (C1 or C2 level)3–6+ years of hands-on NetSuite inventory management experience ina DTC or eCommerce environment Strong understanding of inventoryflow between ERP, Shopify, 3PL, and finance systems Highlyorganized with strong attention to detail and a perfectionistmindset Proactive self-starter who takes ownership without needingmicromanagement Comfortable working in a trust-based,high-accountability environment Go-getter attitude with a positive,fun personality and sense of humor Experience in high-growthconsumer brands is a strong plus Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday,with some overlap with US business hours preferred
