Position: Senior Surveillance Controller Location:Bogota, Colombia Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Basesalary DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor live operations toensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatorystandards Detect, report, and document irregularities, suspiciousbehavior, or operational issues in a timely and accurate mannerSupport investigations by gathering evidence, reviewing footage ordata, and preparing detailed incident reports Collaborate withcross-functional teams (e.G., Risk, Compliance, Operations) tomaintain the integrity of business processes Provide mentorship andguidance to team members, particularly in handling complex orsensitive cases Identify opportunities for improving surveillancepractices, operational processes, and team training initiativesMaintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate the highest ethicalstandards in all activities. REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent inSpanish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written andspoken communication Proven experience in surveillance, monitoring,compliance, or a related field; leadership or senior-levelexperience is an advantage Strong understanding of operationalrisks,



compliance requirements, and industry best practicesDemonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor andsupport colleagues Excellent analytical and decision-makingabilities with a focus on identifying and mitigating risks Highattention to detail and the ability to quickly recognizeirregularities in live or dynamic environments Willingness to workflexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a 24/7 settingStrong professionalism, integrity, and accountability Effectivecommunication skills (written and spoken), with the ability tocollaborate across departments Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365and familiarity with monitoring or surveillance systems Knowledgeof data analysis and reporting tools (e.G., SQL, Tableau, orsimilar platforms) Background in process improvement, compliance,or security-focused initiatives.
